Thank you for shopping with Pursuing Manna! Because many of our products are made just for you by our print-on-demand and artisan partners, please read the details below so you know exactly what to expect.

Order Processing Time

Every order is unique, and processing time depends on the product type:

Print-on-demand items (apparel, home goods, bags, candles, stickers, and similar made-to-order products): 3–7 business days to produce before shipment.

In-stock / dropship items: typically 1–3 business days before shipment.

Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our production or fulfillment partner.

Estimated Delivery Times

After your order ships, please allow the following estimated transit times:

Destination Estimated Transit

United States (domestic) 3–7 business days

Canada 7–14 business days

Europe & UK 10–20 business days

Australia & New Zealand 10–20 business days

Rest of World 14–30 business days

Please note: Total delivery time = processing time + transit time. For a made-to-order item shipping internationally, please plan for up to 5–6 weeks in peak seasons.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update after you receive the notification.

If you don't see your tracking email, check your spam/promotions folder or contact us — we're happy to help.

International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

A Note on Made-to-Order Items

Our POD products are crafted specifically for you — which means they take a little longer but arrive with extra love. ❤️ If you have questions about timing for a specific product, check our Shipping FAQ or reach out before you order and we'll give you the most accurate estimate we can.
